Studied Olympic Tae Kwon Do with Glen Squires,competing all around Pennsylvania- earned my black belt and moved home to Richmond and began studying under Grand Master English in Mu Duk Kwon, kickboxing. Boxing and handwork with Freddy Corritone. In 2007 went to the East Coast Tournament in Petersburg, Va and won the womens black belt sparring.
